Initially, we will schedule a no-obligation, complimentary telephone appointment to discuss your situation. An estimate of the preparation costs will be drafted on the basis of this conversation. We will then go through all the relevant data, answering both your and our questions regarding your US tax liability.
A cost estimate will be drawn up following the intake interview. If you have any further questions, or if you are missing information, you can always contact us. If you accept the quote, I would like to receive a confirmation e-mail.
After receiving your deposit payment, and after all information has been provided, your tax return will be processed. Depending on its complexity, this will take 2 to 4 weeks. If any information is still missing, we will contact you as soon as possible.
After we have done your US return, I will contact you in January of the following year to find out if you need to file again. You can then indicate whether you still want to work together.
